Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
